I currently live in a town near Bath called Bradford on Avon, renowned for its exceptional beauty, where I am daily inspired by the incredibly rich fauna and flora at my doorstep. I consider myself one of the lucky ones, to be able to live by doing what I love on a daily basis. I am also most grateful to my numerous animal loving clients, as it is they who have made this possible, and I sincerely hope that I have brought them all some moments of happiness, and souvenirs to treasure, in return!

Gravy was a rather more complicated and unusual commission. His owner requested for him to be dressed as a Roman as the painting was to hang in his living room which is dedicated to artworks on the city of Bath (Bath being known for its Roman architecture and history).
This painting ended up being probably the most important milestone in my life as the day I photographed Gravy for this painting was the day his owner and I fell for one another!
I now share a life with this fluffy boy and his daddy!

Portrait ordering guide
Taking the photos
In order to create your portrait, I will need good quality photographs that clearly show the animals eyes and hair or fur, and any unique details that make them stand out from others. You'll need to make sure the lighting is good with good contrast showing as much detail as possible. If you would like me to do photography, all I ask is that my travel costs are covered to do so!
What you'll receive
As part of your commission, you'll receive the original artwork to your chosen size and a certificate of authenticity.
How long it takes
I am to complete all commissions within 2-3 weeks although please bear in mind busy periods (such as Christmas) and my availability. I can confirm timings once you have confirmed your requirements!
Payment terms
On confirmation of a commission I ask for a 50% deposit. This can be paid through bank transfer, PayPal or by cheque. Once the portrait is complete and delivered to you, the final 50% is then due.
